Backup includes database logs in backup images by default on DB2 9.5

In Version 9.5, the database manager includes database logs in backup images by default unless you specify the EXCLUDE LOGS parameter with the BACKUP DATABASE command or the DB2BACKUP_EXCLUDE_LOGS option with the db2Backup API. In Version 9.1, the database manager did not include database logs in backup images unless you explicitly specified it.
